Up for sale is a 1950 Indian Chief. This motorcycle has been restored to it's original glory from an Harley Davidson wanna be with lots of miscellaneous whacked up Harley bits on her..... The current owner purchased her in 1973 when he returned from Viet Nam. He painstakingly returned her to original, except for a couple of items (the "Buddy Seat", & the primary Cover). This bike is NO trailer queen, she's a rider!!! The current owner is selling her due to health reasons, & in his words, he "can't give her the respect & attention she deserves". There's a TON of history that goes with the bike, that I plan on including in the sale:

She HAS been ridden to Sturgis (which started as an Indian invitational) from Prescott Valley, Arizona, were she was featured in an Easy Rider Video.

As mentioned she's being sold due to the owner's heath..... She has not been registered since 1999. The motor was rolled over once a month since then, but she didn't speak to anyone for close to ten years. I met Micheal (The Owner), & gained his confidence. He had us (Crescent Moon Cycles) pick her up & bring her to our shop. We went through her from stem to stern, inspecting, poking, & prodding. After a LOT of care, she spoke for the first time since New Years Day 2000..... She has been ridden down the road, & everything appears to be working fine! She fires right up on the first kick cold!

__Her Majesty features an 80 Cubic Inch Motor, with a Three Speed Transmission. There's just under 800 miles on the last rebuild of the motor, which was broken in per Indian Specs!


She's NOT a Museum Piece! She's a Rider!!! She does have a couple of little nicks here & there, so you don't have to worry about putting the first one on her. She is a Majestic Machine waiting for someone to make new memories with!
